RETURN POLICY

Deondria’s Closet does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final upon receipt of payment.However, we will offer a store credit that may be used toward future purchases.  To qualify, items must be returned within 7 days of the date your order was received.

In addition, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@deondriascloset.com. If your return is accepted, you will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of the item(s) being returned.  We do recommend using a tracking service such as USPS flat rate shipping.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in the original condition unworn, unused, unwashed with original tags, paperwork and packaging.
  • Due to the delicate nature of the item, ALL bodysuits, legging sets, swimwear, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • Deondria's Closet is not liable for repackages that are lost or stolen in-transit items. Again, we do recommend that you use a tracking service such as USPS flat rate shipping and keep you proof of postage and/ or tracking number when shipping returns.
  • Discounted items and sales items purchased on promotion are not eligible for return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

  • In the event your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

  • By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
